Monday Funday!!
The weekend was uneventful. Saturday I did X10 Low Impact, Cardio Blast, and Hi/Lo and the first cardio from FBC. That workout kicked my butt this time. Heart rate was rockin.
Sunday was my rest day. This morning I did Flex Train.
Sam - Yes, I'm very anxious to start lifting heavy again. DH & a his friend made good progress on my workout area. Hopefully I'll be back down there working out in 2 weeks. I can't wait to start doing other workouts.
