Good Afternoon Ladies!

Saturday I did FlexTrain and enjoyed every minute of it. I always liked that workout. Sunday was my rest day. Just did some stretching for my hip. Today I did Cardio Coach 5 on the elliptical. That felt tough and great all at the same time. I only did about 40 min of it so I could still fit in my hip exercises and some stretching.

Had to get a new dryer and DH picked that up and installed Friday night. Otherwise the weekend was pretty uneventful.

Good Afternoon!
This morning I did RWH Chest, Shoulders, and Tri's and abs. OMG... that workout killed me again. I couldn't do all the decline push-ups. Body gave out at about 10. Dropped to the knees and pushed out a few more like that.

So last week my green firewalker band broke and at the time I couldn't remember where my blue one was and the pink one wasn't enough. I had another loop that family gave me last year for x-mas but I never used it because I always used Cathe's. Well, the medium resistance is harder than Cathe's blue loop. Needless to say the outside of my hips are sore from doing firewalkers with this other loop on. Thankfully I found my blue Cathe one so I'll use that one next time. Ouch!!

This morning I did RWH both low impact workouts. One I had to do something different. The last exercise in the one without the weights, I skipped cause I can't move that way yet. Doing the two of them was a good workout. Man do there feet move fast in some of those exercises. My feet don't move that fast.

Hello,

This morning I did RWH Back, delts, bi's and majority of the abs. My body is definitely feeling these workouts but its all good!!
