Buff Badgers Week of 1/12

Hi Ladies,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was kind of uneventful, which was okay too.

Friday, Saturday, and today did a 3 mile walk and my leg exercises. Was time to bump it up a mile and I did just fine. I would like to get our elliptical cleaned up sometime soon so I can try doing that and see how that goes. The poor thing is still all covered with drywall dust when we were working on our basement. We have it tucked off in a corner. The walking just doesn't get my heart rate up that much.

Good Morning!

Today I did Lift It Hit It Chest, Tri's and Shoulders. Added on the 10 min ab bonus. OMG!!!! My muscles are going to be talking to me tomorrow. I was spent by the time I got done. I probably should have lightened the weight a little with still getting back into lifting after only using the resistance bands for how many weeks. I really liked it though. I liked in the bonus abs that she did some standing ab work.

Hope everyone is doing well in these first few weeks into the new year.

Happy Wednesday!

Well, I was right I have DOMS in the chest, tri's and shoulders. Wow!! I'm loving it though. ;)

Today I did my 3 mile walk with my leg exercises. I've added deadlifts with only 15 lbs db.

Hi!

Today was LIHI Back, Biceps, shoulders (which was really rear delts). Loved it!! Heck my chest and tri's are still feeling it from Tuesday. Looking forward to once I'm able to do the others.
