Laurie, thanks again for your input yesterday, I wrote down your workout schedule and will maybe try to work something up this weekend for next week! I too feel that if I would eat clean more often I would have more of the results I want!
I slept in this am--still felt a bit under the weather last night but feel better today after the extra sleep. Will try for a workout tomorrow though.
