Morning BB's,

Today will be PS Back & Biceps, Abs, and KPC Premix #7 which is the intermediate + Combox 2,3 + High.

Has anyone done the PUB Premixes? Which one is better, the up premix or the down? I'm going to be using these for my next 4 weeks so just wanted some opionions. Yes, I am a plan ahead person. :+

Good Morning everyone!

Well, last night was PUB and I got outside for a nice walk/jog with Ella since it was so warm out. I have to get out while it is nice, because soon I will be 'trapped' indoors with her!

No workout today for me. Tonight is my volleyball leaugue and last time the games went for 1 1/2 hours, so that counts as my workout. I'm excited to get out and play again. This is supposed to be the 3rd week, but last week the other team cancelled on us, so this will be week 2.

~Laurie...I'm so impressed with your planning for your workouts! I know I always workout more effiecently when I have everything planned out.

Lauri-I prefer up, only because I feel it's too hard to get all the reps in ( for me ) if I start with the heaviest.

Robin-have fun at v-ball tonight. You're lucky the weather hasn't turned "too" cold yet. I heard it's supposed to be 70 on Thursday!!! This is great IMO-saving money on that gas/electric bill.

Question for you puppy people......you know how the bottom of their feet have the black pads... well on a few of Mace's it looks like the black has worn off or something and I'm seeing red. And Mace is licking at those spots obsessively. I tried putting calomine lotion on last night, but it didn't help. Do you think this is serious enough to call the vet?

I am going to do a bosu workout today, so no Cathe. I'd LOVE it if she came out with a bosu workout!

Jill, I would call the vet, he may have a skin infection or he might not. It is worth the call. Also check to see if he has a stone, or something that he is trying to dig out. Thanks for the info on PUB, that is what I was thinking also.

Robin, have fun with the volleyball. I usually play during the summer in the sand. Easier on my knees, and no floor burns.:D

Good morning,

Laurie, I agree with Jill on doing PUB up only. It gives you more time to warm up the muscles with the ligher weights and higher reps.

Jill, I think I'd call the vet just in case. One of my dogs growing up had pretty bad allergies, to grass in particular, so she was always biting at her feet and legs because they were so irritated. She needed medication for it.

Today I did HC Extreme 3. I think I'm going to start the November rotation on Monday. I'd like some fat loss!

Laurie - I've only done PUB up. It seems to be that PUB down would be a better add-on after your muscles are already warmed up.

Robin - Have fun playing volleyball. Bump, set, spike!

Ellen - I think I'm going to do the November rotation, too. By coincidence I already planned to do KPC today which is the 1st day of the rotation. Did you see what she has planned for Thanksgiving day? Yikes!

Jill - Good luck with the puppy problem. Hopefully it's something minor.

Did KPC this morning and I think I'm regretting that now. After several days off, my glutes already hurt this morning. Now I feel like they're screaming. :eek:
