Last night was Gym Style Legs - haven't done that for awhile. That is a killer. Those slo-mo lunges - I only used 5 pounds and it was buuuuurning! In a good way, I guess.
Jill - I totally hear you about the plateau. I went for a couple months at a plateau, maybe fluctuating one or two pounds. Now I think I've lost a bit more, and I'm not sure why. Haven't changed too much about eating, and have just been sticking with Cathe rotations. I was surprised to step on the scale and be so close to my target weight. Good luck with that, and hang in there! Hope you can find a condo you like!
I share everyone's disappointment with Cathe's news. I would be fine if she were to film the videos as a trainer - walking around the room giving form pointers/encouragement, etc, doing no-impact moves. I dunno. Just my opinion. I'm sure she needs to do what she feels she needs to do. I think she has high standards for herself.
