Morning BB's,

Happy Groundhog's Day to everyone. I don't think the groundhog is going to see his shadow in Wisconsin today. I purchased a new pair of perscription sunglasses and have only used them once. x(

Last night I changed my mind and ran for 5 miles. Today is going to be Leaner Legs and 200 walking lunges.

The dietician didn't tell me anything that I didn't already know. One thing I found interesting was she said that protien should be no more than 15% and good Fats should be no more than 30% with the rest being Carbs. I usually do about 30% Protien and 20% Fat. I will be listening to another dietician on Tuesday for my daughters swimming. I'm guessing that they will talk about nutrition for children.

Sarah, I love, love, love KPC! KM ROCKS and is intense, and you can use the different segments and attach them to different work outs.

I usually eat about 40 protein, 40 carb and 20 fat...

Did Strong Legs and Abs this morning. Haven't done this one in a looonnnggg time! It was fun! After work I'll be doing CTX Kickbox cardio only and some plyo work.

Good morning,

Great workouts, Laurie and Susan! I took a rest day today. I woke up at 5 and was groggy and just wanted to go back to sleep, so I did. I think a rest day during the week works better for me than Sundays.

Is it Friday yet?

Laurie - thanks for the raves about KPC. There are so many vids I "need" to catch up from the few years where I wasn't buying anything at all. I'm gradually building up again! Good job on your 5 mile run! Eeek - Meaner Legs & 200 walking lunges? Now THAT is a humdinger workout!

Susan - I like Strong Legs & Abs, too.

Ellen - I totally agree about taking a rest day during the week - it's much easier for me to fit weekend workouts in, so I try not to feel bad about taking a weekday off. I had to take last night off for a kindergarten open house thing, and tonight I have another conflict. I'll be back on the horse Friday, I hope.

Laurie, you're right - no shadow. Our local groundhog, Jimmy the Groundhog, in Sun Prairie who is MUCH better than Puxatawny Phil (I'm from SP so I'm a little biased ;)) didn't see his shadow which means an early spring. So when is winter going to start? LOL

I did PS-CST + LM 4-7 this morning. Butt is sore so I think I'll give it a break tomorrow and do PS-BBA and some kind of cardio.

I like Jimmy the Groundhog! It looks like next week will be more normal Feb temps but still not too bad. I am not complaining about the lack of winter. I am quite happy about it and looking forward to an early spting.

I did parts of Shape Toning this morning but really wanted to do cardio so my heart wasn't in it.

I am off tomorrow - MD appt in the morning and then just running errands. It will be nice to have a day off that doesn't involve having work done on the house or working.

Where is Jill? How did the house showing go last night?
