Anyone around!? I have a free weekend so lots of time to post lol.

I was going to do my workout bright and early this morning. First I slept LATE for me---until almost 8am. Upon waking I realized why. The weather is so crappy today! What gives? My son's last fall baseball game is cancelled. Then once I was fully awake I realized my nose was all stuffy and my head was pounding. I felt like I had a hangover without the fun of causing it! LOL.

So I've been surfing and doing laundry and puppy stuff...waiting for my head to clear up. It's feeling prettty good now. On my agenda today is Strong Bear with Tracie Long. Anyone have it? I love TL; she is my second favorite instructor, behind Cathe of course. :) I also will try to get some cardio in. I'm thinking Step it Strong with Keli Roberts. That's one of the workouts that I've been easily able to incorporate on the bosu (which I bought from Marie-thanks!!)

So that's my day.......pretty boring. Which is fine after last weekend's big party here.

Hi Jill,

I'm around on weekends from time to time! I usually spend most of each weekend studying. Otherwise I just try to get caught up on sleep.

Today I did Imax 3 and Core Max 3. I was going to do weights too, but it had been a while since I had done any of the Imaxes, so it was pretty tough. Then I did some cleaning and now will be pulling my sweaters out of storage so I can hand-wash them and get them ready for winter. We're going to watch as much of the Badger game as we can bear... there are three Purdue grads in my house (including me, of course), and it's been a painful season :)

I'm happy to report that I did my workout! Tracie Long and Strong Bear. It wasn't easy but I made it through. Does anyone have this? There is an incredible amount of inner thigh work, especially toward the end. OMG my thighs!! I was planning on some added cardio, but I don't know......I"m pretty sore. The time I took off really did a number on my strength and endurance. It feels great to be back on track, but doms is really getting me!

I was thinking about Imax2 for tomorrow but now I'm not sure my legs will be able to take it lol. Great job on Imax 3 AND Core Max!! I am definitely going to do some core work once my body is able to move lol.
