Good Morning!

Saturday was 4DS Kickbox, legs, and core. Sunday was my no workout day. This morning I did ROKO & HBB (obviously without the bag).

I was rolling on that elliptical on Friday. What I thought was going to be a foot massage and facial wasn't exactly that. The gal that came over is an independent consultant for Arbonne so I got a foot soak and the facial part was doing it myself while trying the products. It was still nice and relaxing. Had good conversation with the lady as we had the health & wellness thing in common. Saturday DH & I had a 90 min massage for our 5 year anniversary (which is this Friday). It was awesome. Ended the night by having dinner at No No's, which is always enjoyable. Overall it was a good weekend. Got things done, got some relaxation time in.

Do you do a lot of your grocery shopping at Sam's?

Today was RWH Chest, shoulders, tri's and core. I don't like it on the premix where you include the core that it doesn't take you through the actual stretch part from the original workout. I always go back to go through it or do my own thing.
 
I actually go to Sam's twice a month. I buy all meat, frozen items, drinks, snacks for boys lunch and other things like paper towel etc.

Yesterday was a rest day because I needed to use my morning time to type a paper for DS13. He asked me all weekend to do it and I put it off so ended up having to skip a workout.

Today was Meso 1 Chest, shoulders and biceps.

This morning I decided to pull out Imax. OMG..I think that is harder than Imax 2. Maybe because she uses a 8" step where in Imax 2 she uses a 6" step. I had to take some extra time to get air. I got it done.
 
Today was RWH Back, Delts, Bi's and Core. Had a good workout. Felt strong. My tri's are still sore from Tuesday.
 
I overslept yesterday and didn't get in my workout. Today was elliptical cardio.

I never use an 8 inch step for an steady state cardio workout. I would pass out LOL.

Today is our 5yr wedding anniversary. Going to stay home tonight and have dinner. I start up my Sat exercise class again tomorrow. Had 5 people sign up which I was pleased with. Saturday afternoon we have a baptism. Sunday we are meeting some friends for dinner.

Today I did CC5 on the elliptical.
 
Went to bed early because I wasn't feeling well. Not sure if its TTOM or something else but I am going to take some rest.

A quick run down of the last few days. Saturday I did RWH Legs and then I also had my Saturday class. My legs & glutes are finally feeling better today. Sunday was my no workout day. Monday I had a vacation day and did Hardstrikes, 3 HBB Tabatas, and core. Today I did Supercuts and added some extra upper body weights at the end. I don't feel like my bi's & tri's, chest, and back get much of a workout in Supercuts.

5 year wedding anniversary wasn't the greatest unfortunately. We did have a nice dinner with friends on Sunday though, so that was nice.

I took today as an extra rest day. The side of my right foot hurt for some reason. I woke up with a nasty headache and didn't sleep well (worse than usual). Didn't fall back asleep right away but got a little extra shut eye. Tomorrow will be a better day.
 
I didn't sleep well last night and woke up less than an hour before I usually leave for work. Can you envision me running around like mad woman trying to get out the house on time.

I have had an extremely stressful week at work so I may just rest the rest of the week.

That extra rest day must have been what my body needed. This morning woke up about 1/2 hr before I normally would have gotten up and felt ready to get downstairs and work out but I stayed in bed for that 1/2 hr. Today I did Drill Max. Since I got down stairs earlier than normal I had extra time to do a longer workout. Had a good workout. My legs just feel like they don't have the endurance they used to. I always felt like the endurance in my legs sucked and it seems like it got worse or haven't built that endurance back up yet since surgery but that was almost a year ago. I'm not going to worry about it too much.

Maybe taking the rest of the week as a rest week is what you need, especially dealing with so much stress at work.

Foot feels better too... it was weird. It went away after a while and felt fine.

Today is my Friday at work. I have a vacation day tomorrow. Hoping to get the rest of my flower beds cleaned up.
