Good Morning!

Had a long day at work yesterday so I didn't have a chance to post. I did Tabatacise (all 5 levels) and this morning I did XTrain Bi's, Tri's and Core. Despite having a super long day yesterday this mornings workout went well.

90th celebration... that is awesome! I did the RWH Upper Body Circuit once and I really liked it.

Definitely feeling like fall this morning. Put a sweater on today.

I almost did Tabatacise today but TTOM said nope...not enough energy for that. I went with Circuit Blast and I enjoyed it. I think my body is enjoying the change as I never choose circuits. I think I have done this one once.

Keeping an eye on the weather. We are expecting alot of rain and wind in Maryland.

Today I did Cardio Coach Press Play and did 4 of the challenges and then need to get myself stretched out so I could get cleaned up and ready for work. It's been a long week. Glad it is Friday!
 
Good Morning!

Saturday I did RWH HiiT Circuit Lower Body. My legs are still feeling it. Liked it though. Sunday was my no workout day. Today I did X10 warm up and Cardio Blast and then put in 4DS Kickboxing portion only, finished with the ab work and the stretch. It was a pretty good workout.

Friday night had some friends over for a while and that went fine. Saturday got a bunch of stuff done during the day and Saturday night went to No No's for Octoberfest and had a blast. Sunday did wash, finished cleaning my house, and I had to make a dish to pass to take along to the family reunion on my dad's side of the family. My dad's family is huge. It was nice seeing some of the cousins I don't get to chat with too often.

I have a short week this week. Have vacation days Thurs & Friday..:D
 
Today was Meso 1 Chest, shoulders and biceps. It is nice to have some sunshine today after the dreary weekend.

Has it been a while since you went to No No's. I just don't recall you mentioning it lately.

I didn't order ICE but I am enjoying the pics of it.

Today was Gym Style Chest and Tri's. I just barely managed to push out all those push ups on my toes. My chest muscles were shaking after all that chest work. I think I will definitely be feeling this tomorrow.

Hopefully we'll see some sunshine today. It's been so dreary lately.

We're at No No's often enough. :p She hasn't held anything like that in a while and it was so fun.

I don't reach for To The Max too often... not sure why I do like the workout. I should consider that one for tomorrow. We'll see what my body is up for.
 
I just love the intro music for STS. It motivation in itself when I pop in the DVD. Today was Disc 2 back and triceps. My band needs to be replaced so I either skipped the band work or modified with light weights. Back and triceps are not my favorite combination of muscles to workout.
 
Good Morning!
Today I did Cardio SuperSets and the over half of the bonus step portion. I haven't done that one in a real long time. OMG... do I have DOMS in my chest from yesterday. Then I had some push-ups and plank work in Cardio SuperSets... ouch.. did that wake those muscles up.

I was thinking about doing some STS this week but decided with Gym Style instead. I agree, I really like the intro to STS and RWH.

Today is my Friday. I'm off the next two days. They will be busy but it'll be nice not being at work.
 
I still have DOMS in my chest muscles. Abs are sore too. Today I did Gym Style Back, Shoulders, and Biceps.

I was supposed to have Tabata Bootcamp training on Saturday but it got canceled due to not enough people signing up. Thankfully it got rescheduled to Nov 28th and they have enough people signed up for that one. It canceled Saturday was a blessing in disguise. We have a wedding on Saturday and if I had the training it would have been an insane day and we barely would have made it to the meal. This way we can go the wedding and not rush getting there.
 
Things seem to workout for the best sometimes. A Fall wedding sounds like fun.

I had enough energy today to tackle Tabatacise.

Way to go on Tabatacise!! Don't you feel so accomplished when you tackle something that hard so early in the morning.

This morning I did 10 mi on the elliptical with Cardio Coach Press Play. Since I'm off today, I was able to do all 5 challenges. Gotta love those sweat fests. :p

How was the weather for the wedding?

I had to work yesterday but the boys were out of school. I am not sure if I told you but my oldest started a job a few weeks ago. He decided not to play sports this fall and was hoping to get a job after some of the students left for college. It worked out. He is working at one of those popular birthday party places for kids. He does well with kids so he likes it.

No workouts over the weekend. Today was Meso 1 Chest, shoulders and biceps.

The weather for the wedding wasn't too bad. A little breezy and cool but for Oct it wasn't bad.

Saturday I did 4DS Kickbox, legs, and core. Sunday was my no workout day. Monday ended up being a rest day as well. Have not been sleeping well lately and was extremely tired so tried getting some extra sleep which didn't work out so well. I just should have stayed up and worked out but oh well I didn't. Today I did RWH LI HiiT One and 4DS Chest and Back. Felt good to get a little cardio in along with weights.

Nice to hear your son got a job instead of doing sports and even better that he likes where he's working.
 
Got up to workout but my right side of my calf is hurting. I hate when I have to take a rest day when I really need to be working out. aarrgghh.

I hope your calf feels better so you can get back at it tomorrow. I know what you mean though.

This morning I did BM2 Cardio portion only (no blasts) and then 4DS Shoulders and core. I skipped the calves.

Yesterday I had training on a new ERP system that we are going to be converting to at work and I have 2 more days of training. Tonight I have to do the dinner thing with the group of us that are in training. I didn't want to but its one of those things where I really should, so I am.
 
Laughing at your doing the right thing at work. Someone talked to me about the same thing a few months ago. They were going because it was the right thing to do.

My calf does feel better so I got in some elliptical cardio followed by some lunges and squats.
 
Very long day yesterday. I was at work at 6am and didn't get home until 9pm. One more day of training.

This morning I did 4DS Bootcamp and Bi's & Tri's. Had a pretty good workout considering it was kind of a short night (5 hrs and DH woke me up about 12:30 cause he was snoring so loud). Glad tomorrow is Friday.

Glad to hear your calf muscle is feeling better.

Today was Cardio Coach 6. Did 8.5 miles on the elliptical. Love those sweat fests. Tonight after work a lady is coming out to my house to give me a foot massage and facial and some goodies. I was at a gluten free expo and I my name got picked for the give away. It'll be a good end to a crazy week.

I didn't check in on Friday but did back and triceps. No workouts over the weekend. I needed to get in my grocery shopping at Sam's Club and make it to my hair appointment on Saturday.

Today was 40 minutes of elliptical cardio followed by legs with the band.
