Buff Badgers - Month of June

Today is last day at work and I get to enjoy 6 weeks of summer. .

Today was 45 minutes of elliptical cardio. I have been lifting boxes at work this week so my shoulder feels irritated..argh.

Still have some reports to get done before I close out year so heading in early.

Yeah for your last day and to enjoy 6 weeks of summer. Good for you!! After being off for 6 weeks, is it hard to go back to work after that?

Today I did STS Mesocycl2 disc 24 back & biceps. The two STS workouts I did this week are the faster ones where she does the drop sets. I can't do heavy anymore on deadlifts. Between my grip and low back. Obviously those muscles aren't as strong as they used to be. Which in all reality means I should do them more to build that strength back up.

This morning I did 5 miles on the elliptical and the STS Extended stretch. Had a long day yesterday. Had my normal job from 6am to 5pm and then had a client at 5:30 and trained with my sister at 6:30pm. Then I had to get lunches ready for today and eat a little something.

Drop sets move fast and are tough. I am headed to my workout room now for my Friday workout. I plan to do 30 minutes of elliptical cardio and upper body with light weights.

Saturday was 45 minutes of elliptical cardio and squats. Sunday was a rest day. We had a weekend filled with baseball. A tie against an undefeated team was like a win to us. Unfortunately we were winning and an error at the end caused the tie. I felt bad for the team because you know the feeling of an underdog winning.

Today was 30 minutes of elliptical cardio. I didn't add on anything else.

Good Morning!

Saturday was my last Tabata Bootcamp class until July 30th. They asked me if I intentionally made it hard since it was our last one for a few weeks. I felt like Cathe's with her little evil laughs from time to time. :) Sunday was a no workout day and I actually ended up taking yesterday as an extra day as well. I had a real bad sinus headache when I woke up and have not been sleeping the greatest. This morning I got up and did RWH Plyo HiiT One followed by 4DS Back and Chest. I had to skip the last round. I ran out of time and wanted to get some stretching in.

17 more days until we head to Alaska!!:D

Sounds like overall though that they play a good game.

How is the shoulder doing?

This morning I did X10 Cardio Blast followed by 4DS Shoulders, calves and core.

I had ordered waterproof socks for DH and I for our trip. It was highly recommended we get some. I didn't even know there was such a thing. Some of them are really expensive. I found a pair that wasn't as expensive so got those ordered and yesterday received an email that they shipped already. I feel like every time we turn around we either have to buy something for the trip or another expense we didn't expect. Since my DH has been on Royal Caribbean a couple time before he's a gold club member and found out last night that we get priority boarding. :) That's kind of cool.
 
Good Morning!

Today I decided to do all cardio so I went with Athletic Step. I like the combo's in that one. I felt tired so I didn't have enough get-up and go to do anything too intense. It was fun.

15 days and counting
 
My stylist asked me to come in earlier this morning so that meant no workout because I was just about to prepare to workout.

Yesterday was short elliptical cardio. My shoulder is okay.

DH has family coming to town for the holiday weekend so things are very busy around our house.

Waterproof socks---wow! They make anything you can imagine these days.
