Good Morning & Happy Friday!!

It's been a long week. This morning I did 4DS Bootcamp w/Bi's & Tri's. I was proud of myself. I used 25's on the hanging concentration curls.

I had DH last weekend and reminded him a couple times during the week that I was going to be selfish this weekend and do stuff in OUR yard that needs to be done (major weeding). Then he asks me this morning if I was going to help him cut grass tomorrow, which is grass we cut for 3 other people. I reminded him that this was my weekend to get our yard work done. I compromised and told him I would help with No No's Restaurant and that was it. He can do the other two which are much smaller. I knew he was going to do that to me. :mad: The funny thing is when I told him that last weekend he says to me "good, now stick to your word". Ha... then he's the one that's asking me not to stick to my word. Did I ever mention how badly I need this vacation. :p

Been very frustrated with a lot of things lately, which I hate. Need to do a check up from the neck up and try to let this frustration go. Hey... it is a 3 day holiday weekend and the weather is supposed to be really nice.

Good morning. You will probably check in before me during these weeks that I am home since I don't get up as early.

Today was 40 minutes of elliptical cardio followed by core. Still enjoying watching movies.

DH family started arriving last night. The weather is supposed to be very nice here too.

I don't even want to think about how much I ate yesterday. More on deck today as we are headed to the park for the family picnic.

Didn't get to bed until after midnight but I crawled out of bed to do the entire upper body of Burnsets.

Good Morning!

Hope you had a great holiday weekend. Mine was productive and did get some time in with friends Saturday night and Sunday night. Also spent some time on the patio relaxing yesterday afternoon.

Saturday I did 4DS Kickboxing, legs, and core. Did yard work Saturday and the worst of it Sunday morning until about 12:45pm. I kicked butt. Not sure what I did but the front of my right shoulder woke me up during the night Fri & Sat. I can feel that I have a knot on my right side that I'm sure is not helping any. My body was really sore and tired from the yard work Sat & Sun so I skipped the workout yesterday as well. I cleaned my house from top to bottom Sunday morning. That alone felt like a workout. This morning I did get up and did FlexTrain. Love that workout.

Picked up a few more things that we needed to get for our trip. I can't believe it is next week. It seemed like it was so far away and bamm.. here it is. I'm super excited about it though.
 
My holiday weekend was extremely busy with DH family in town. They stayed in hotels but we had some events here and that meant over 50 people in our house. To say I was tired when they left is an understatement.

Got in 45 minutes of elliptical cardio today.

This morning I did Rockout Knockout. I always enjoy the kickboxing workouts.

Today I did ICE Metabolic Meltdown and some of Icey Core. I've been having a hard time lately getting myself moving in the morning. I got it done though. :)
 
Good Morning and Happy Friday!!

This morning I did 5 miles on the elliptical and STS Extended Stretch. That longer stretch always feels so good. Wasn't good to see though on the news at 3:30 in the morning about the sniper shooting in Texas. What is this world coming too. I thought I had heard they had a couple people in custody.

All I'm trying to think about though is a week from today I will be at the airport getting ready to go to Alaska. :D

You must have a fast speed on the elliptical. You usually get in 5 miles. My elliptical speed is the same as or little faster at times than my treadmill speed so mine is not like a run.

Yesterday was elliptical cardio and today was super cuts for 25 minutes followed by 20 minutes of elliptical cardio and abs.

Up early to head to baseball field. Game is an hour away and we have to be there by 8.

I am taking two classes this summer in an attempt to add a certification for work. One starts today and is all day this week. I hope the day is not long and boring.

4 more days before we leave for Alaska!! :D

Saturday I did STS Total Body Workout. I haven't done that one in a long time. Forgot how tough it is. I did pretty good. I did skip the very last round of 12 reps on the legs. My legs were fried. I just couldn't. Sunday was a rest day. DH and I had a 90 min couples massage on Saturday afternoon for my birthday (which actually isn't until tomorrow).

This morning I did Hardstrikes with the 3 Bonus Bag Tabatas and a few of the ab exercises.

I clip along at a pretty good pace on the elliptical.

What classes are you taking this summer?
 
Good Morning!

This morning I did LIS Tri Sets Upper Body. Had a good workout. My low back has been really tender the last couple weeks. Iced it last night. This morning it felt better. I sit so much at work and when I go to stand, that transition is a little slow. Once I'm upright for a few seconds and start moving, I'm fine.

I am taking a juvenile delinquency course. It's pretty interesting but I have reading and short writings to do in the evenings. I have been tired so no workouts the last two days.

I guess you have started packing for your trip.

Good Morning!!

Today I did Afterburn. Holy moly... I haven't done that workout in a long time. I always thought it was a tough workout but I was definitely feeling it this morning. My quads are still sore. I'm assuming from Saturdays workout. When I'm doing normal stuff I'm fine. When I started working out this morning I got a quick wake up call.

Yep I started packing last night. I have all my clothes packed. My DH hasn't started. I have some stuff laid out but he needs to lay out the rest before I can pack it. He want's me to pack it because I'm much neater about it. ;) We still have like the toiletries to pack. The rest of it will get done tonight and then very last minute things Thursday morning. I can't believe it is finally here.

Wow Juvenile delinquency. I can imagine that's pretty interesting.
 
My left hamstring is sore for some reason. I noticed my calf was sore on Tuesday but I thought it was more of being tired but my calf and ham ached most of the day during class. I did cook dinner, finished my homework and got to bed as fast as I could last night.

I did To the Max on Monday but can't imagine pulling anything. Who knows. I kept trying to stretch in class yesterday.

Today is my last day of work until July 27th. :D This morning I did Pyramid Upper Body. Wanted to get one good upper body workout in before we leave for Alaska. I'm not sure how much exercising I'll be able to do on the trip. I am going to bring one resistance band with me along with some workout clothes. I know some days I won't be able to because we have lots going on but then I know there will be other days were I should be able to do a little something. I'm going to take it one day at a time and not stress over not getting a workout in. Who knows maybe the extended rest will do my body good.

I won't be taking my phone with me. So I won't be posting anything until we get back, which is the 25th.

Gosh I haven't done To the Max in a while. Hopefully your calf and hamstring will feel better soon.

The family went to a Nationals baseball game the other night. DS had a blast.

No workouts Wednesday and Thursday so I doubled up today. Got in 50 minutes of elliptical cardio followed by upper body split from Muscle Endurance.

It's supposed to extremely hot the next few days.
