Good Morning!
Today is my Friday....yeah!! After today I'm off of work until Jan 2nd. I'm looking forward to this time off of work.
This morning I did #treadlift 10 min on the elliptical. 1 min at level 1, 1 min at level 3, 1 min at level 5. Then at level 10 I did 1 min sprint; 45 sec rest until I hit 10 min. A level 10 sprint for 1 min burns the legs. Followed by single arm rows, rear flys, hammer curls and weighted crunches.
With the holidays and being off, not sure how much I'll be posting. In case you don't see much from me, that is why.
