Buff Badgers - Month of December

Good Morning!

Today is my Friday....yeah!! After today I'm off of work until Jan 2nd. I'm looking forward to this time off of work.

This morning I did #treadlift 10 min on the elliptical. 1 min at level 1, 1 min at level 3, 1 min at level 5. Then at level 10 I did 1 min sprint; 45 sec rest until I hit 10 min. A level 10 sprint for 1 min burns the legs. :eek: Followed by single arm rows, rear flys, hammer curls and weighted crunches.

With the holidays and being off, not sure how much I'll be posting. In case you don't see much from me, that is why.

Hope you had a great Christmas. Ours was nice. Busy but nice. Was glad when it was over and I could be in my nice quiet house. Not used to be around all the young screaming kids.

I got Strong and Sweaty so I've been doing that majority of the week. I did Bootcamp on Monday, Cardio Slam on Tuesday, Weds I did Ramped Upper Body, Thurs I did my 20 min of craziness on the elliptical followed by some glute exercises. This morning I did PHA Training. So the only one I have done yet is Total Giant Super Sets (something like that). I'll do that next week sometime. I only did the original workouts. As usual, she offers various premixes to choose from. I liked each of the workouts.
