Oh my goodness... we are in December.

Had my kickboxing class last night which went well. That was the last class for this session. We'll see if enough people sign up for the next 4 sessions.

This morning I decided to do STS Meso 1, Disc 1 Chest, shoulders, and bi's. I think I'll be feeling that tomorrow. I was very proud of myself. I actually did all 30 push ups on my toes in the beginning. Usually I poop out and have to finish that last 10 or so on my knees.

Oh my.. my muscles were talking to me this morning from STS yesterday. Today I did AOLIH Double Step & Double Disc and core work.

Good Morning!

This morning I did STS Meso 1 Disc 2 Back & Tri's. I always need to be very careful with the barbell rows. I really need to focus on my low back and make sure I have proper form. Which it is telling me that I need more strength in my low back.

30 pushups and more. You are so strong. I guess dedicated and consistency will do that :)

It is hard to believe it's December. Today was elliptical cardio which seems to be easier on my body vs high impact workouts these days. Maybe it's the aging.

I did the elliptical today too. I did Cardio Coach 5 and got 8.5 miles in. I had a couple of those blasts where I was going so fast my quads were burning. Felt good though. Do you have any issues with you toes starting to feel kind of numb when your on the elliptical? Usually about 1/2 way through my workout it'll start in. I don't tie my shoes as tight when I'm on the elliptical. When that starts in I'm always shifting my feet and making sure I wiggle my toes.

Saturday I did Afterburn. That workout always kills my legs later that day and the next. Sunday was my no workout day. This morning I didn't feel like going down and working out. Tonight I have my kickboxing class so that will be my workout for today.

Got some Christmas shopping done this weekend. Still have a lot to do yet. Got the tree decorated.

Had fun last night with my kickboxing class. I think I need to stop punching the bag for a while. My right shoulder is sore in the anterior delt. I'm not going to use the bag for a while and see if it helps. I have a feeling it will

This morning I pushed out Meso 1 Disc 4 Chest, Shoulders, and Bi's. I was so proud of my self when she does the push ups on the ball where you start out with it on your thighs, then shins, and then either on roll down to the top of your feet or go up on your toes and I got up on my toes and pushed out those 8 reps. I could really feel it in my core fighting for that stability but I felt so accomplished. Those are hard.

Weds I took an extra rest day. I slept really bad Tuesday night so I stayed in bed to try and get some more sleep. Got to bed early last night and woke up a few times during the night but thankfully fell back to sleep right away. Felt good to get a little more sleep.

This morning I did STS Meso 1 Disc back & tri's. Had a pretty good workout.

HAPPY FRIDAY!

This morning I did Cardio Coach Press Play. I did 4 out of the 5 challenges. Ran out of time. Still got in 8.75 miles. Had a nice sweat fest.

We're having some friends over for dinner tomorrow night. Looking forward to it. It should be fun. Sunday need to try and get some Christmas shopping done.

Had a busy and fun weekend. Had friends over Saturday night for dinner. There was 10 of us. The busy part was preparing for it and the clean up afterwards and the fun part was spending time with our friends. Got a little Christmas shopping in yesterday afternoon.

Saturday morning I did Cardio Supersets and part of the step portion and then I did the extended stretch from STS, which felt really good. Then at 9 I had my Saturday class. Had 5 people, which was real nice. Sunday was my no workout day. This morning I did ROKO I skipped the last combo and went to the heavy bag bonus. Had a pretty good workout. I don't have my kickboxing class tonight. The Community Center has a big party with the Boys & Girls Club.

Hope your workouts have been going good and I'm suspecting things have been crazy for you since you haven't been online much.

Good Morning!
Today was Disc 7 of STS Chest, Shoulders, Bi's. All the variation of push ups she does in here... OMG!! Today we did 1.5's normal stance, rested, 1.5's in wider stance, rest, and then 30 normal push ups. I was doing real good and I had one more to go and I just couldn't get myself pushed back up and I kissed the floor. I had to start using by push up handles. All these push ups started bothering the top my hands/wrists. I was proud of my self I did the stability ball push ups elmo style without having the ball pressed up against the wall. Man was that tough.

This morning I did X10 Cardio Blast followed by RWH LI HIT II and some of the core work. That Cardio blast from X10 really gets the heart rate up there quick.

Hi Brenda. I can't even say that things have been crazy. I have been lazy. Just being honest.

I did get my Christmas shopping done on Saturday. I have been watching QVC in the mornings hoping to find something for my mom that can be shipped to her. I prefer not to give her cash so I try to find a gift.

Is your shoulder feeling better. Has ICE been released yet?

Glad to hear from you and know that all is okay. Right now I'd take lazy over crazy. Things have been way too crazy for me.

Shoulder is feeling a better. I definitely need to stay away from the bag or at least only use it for certain punches.

Got my Cathe calendar on Tuesday. I haven't heard anything about ICE being released yet. Looking forward to the new workouts.

I did 30 minutes of elliptical cardio on Saturday and Sunday. Just finished Muscle Max for an awesome Monday morning workout.

I guess I thought ICE was released based on some postings. I guess everyone is excited about the clips.

We have school today and tomorrow and then we are out for the break. DH and I agreed to do a project around the house as a gift to ourselves. We have been putting it off for a few years and I told him that we need to do it now before college tuition kicks in next year. He agreed and I am happy.

Good Morning!!

Saturday I did Lean Legs & Abs and then later I had my Saturday class. Sunday was my no workout day. Sat after class I did some running round for x-mas gifts and then in the afternoon I cleaned my parents house and put up their Christmas tree. Sunday after I got my lunch ready for work today I spent time wrapping some gifts, doing laundry, and trying to work on some of my homemade gifts. I'm so stressed out and trying to keep myself together. I slept terrible last night. It was one of those night where I saw every hour and once in a while I saw it more than once. Spent some time on the couch since DH was snoring and then I really couldn't fall back asleep. I couldn't get my brain stop thinking about all the things I need to get done before Christmas. Thankfully I work today and then I'm off the rest of the year.

Despite the lack of sleep last night I did do Kick, Punch, and Crunch this morning but had to skip the crunch part (ran out of time). That actually helped relieve some of my stress.

Good for you guys on giving a gift to yourselves that you've been putting off. Muscle Max on a Monday morning... way to go!!!

The day I have been waiting for---winter break awaits us.

I have nights when I wake up around 2. I usually go in the guest room to lay down and surf the internet for about an hour and go back to bed. Otherwise I just toss and turn.

Today was AOLH.

Yesterday I did Meso1 Disc 10 Chest, shoulders, and bi's. Last night I had my kickboxing class.

I got ICE on Monday!!! I was thrilled. This morning I did Rock'em Sock'um with part of the blizzard blast. I liked it. I normally like to preview the videos before I do them but figured that was one I could get away with not previewing. Had to rewind a few times but otherwise I picked up on it fairly quick.

I got all the Christmas gifts wrapped last night. I'll have 2 gifts that I'm waiting to arrive that I'll have to wrap but that's it. Today is cleaning day.

In case neither of us are on the rest of the week. I hope you and your family have a very Merry Christmas!!
 
I hope you had a wonderful Christmas. It was a quiet day at our house. With teenagers there are no noisy toys and things to put together so it does feel different than it used too.

This morning was 40 minutes on elliptical and push ups and planks.
