Very tired this morning from the busy weekend at the Faire. My feet are needing some rest. :) But I should be better when I get home to do Imax3 and the 20 terminators from the Aug05 rotation.

Didn't get to post since Thursday--busy at work and I don't have internet at home yet (but I will by Thursday!). I did not have a stellar week last week anyway, little exercise and didn't eat very well all weekend. So, I decided to try the August 2004 (not 2005!) rotation. It's the fast loss/legs and glutes one. I did L&G and a 20 minute run this morning. My legs will probably be screaming later but I feel better right now!

Man, I think I have the Monday morning blues--I really don't want to work today!

Hey guys. Super quick post as I'm at my office (boss is on the phone lol).

I did Muscle Max on Sat. and cardio coach yesterday on the treadmill. Eating was okay, but back on track today. :) I will be doing a Firm AWT workout when I get home, then going to a Sports Booster Club meetng tonight. :) I can't believe school starts in 4 weeks!

Just dropping in to say Hi. No workouts this weekend - just functional fitness. Unpacked some more, scraped gutters and painted gutters. Slept in this morning because I needed to. No workout tonight - more painting to do.
 
Laurie - I think I'd be too pooped after spending all weekend at Ren Fair to workout. YOU THE WOMAN!

Marie - After remodeling our entire upstairs this past spring and repainting ALL the rooms, I've definitely decided I hate painting. LOL At least I hope not to do it again for awhile.

Pedmom - Cool - now I know what you mean by Cardio Coach. I'm hoping if I get rid of enough junk around our house I can get an elliptical or treadmill. I *may* decide to throw together a garage sale since I'm on vacation this week and really anxious about all the junk around the house.

Thea - I'm looking at the August '04 rotation myself trying to decide what to do next. Let me know how you like it.

Well, the weekend was very busy with my daughter's softball tournament on Saturday - THEY WON!!! and a party at our house yesterday for my son's Indian Guide buddies and their families. I totally blew my diet all weekend I'm afraid but back on track today.

Saturday was a 3 mile jog plus a 2 mile walk later in the day. Sunday was Musclemax. Today was High Step Challenge with the cardio segments repeated.

Trying to think of ways to keep the kids busy since my husband was supposed to be off with us this week (you know so we could actually do something x( ) but he has to work so I took them to see "March of the Penguins" today and they liked it. Tomorrow they want to go to Skateland but I'd also like to take them to a pool. We're going to State Fair either Wednesday or Thursday and they have a Brewer game on Friday night so I guess I have a few things lined up. I just want to make sure they don't spend the whole week watching TV and playing games on the PC.

Hey all! I've been laying low for awhile. I went to my 10-year class reunion on Saturday, which was fun. We've been gone all weekend, and I think I'm still recovering!!! It was fun to catch up with old friends though, that is for sure!
I skipped my workout today, hopefully I'll be back into it tomorrow!
