Hello BB's,

Today will be GS Legs Standing and a 30 min. Interval Run.

Had a great weekend, but it sure went by too fast. :D

Have a great day!

Laurie

Hi Laurie,
Got up and went back to bed this morning. Didn't sleep very well so I really needed some sleep. Last week I got up every morning and was hoping to continue that trend but I was up and consciously decided that sleep was more important today. The weekend was hectic so really looking forward to this weekend with no plans but still so much work to do on the house.

A good morning to be a Packer fan! What a great game!!! Even with all the injured players.

Hi to everyone else that posts - in case I don't get back.

Hi everyone,

The weekend was way too fast. I spent most of it studying for the biology test I have tonight... I'm trying to pack way too much information into my brain!! I don't have much confidence with this one. I don't feel like I've learned the concepts she's testing us on well enough to be able to answer any questions of substance. I just keep thinking that I'm putting myself through this for a purpose! :) It's easy to forget that point sometimes.

I rested today after a weekend of long workouts. I did a premix from the KPC and L&G DVD yesterday. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed both of those workouts! That's definitely up there on my list of favorites.

Take care,

Ellen

Hi Everyone!

Yes Marie, the Packers are very fun to watch when they are winning. It was a fun game to watch yesterday!

I did KPC today too! Well, most of it. DD decided to get up early from her nap, so I had to stop it. I'll hopefully finish the workout when she goes to bed tonight (hopefully :) It is easier to say that now, but we'll see when tonight comes along!

And Ellen...good luck on the bio test!

Have a great day everyone!

Hectic weekend so I did Timesaver #1 on Saturday followed by a 2 mile jog/walk that night, Timesaver #2 on Sunday followed by lots of house cleaning (we hosted Indian Guides yesterday) and Timesaver #3 today.

I'm enjoying the shorter workouts so will probably finish the TSs and then decide what to do next. Ordered a ball aerobic workout I can't remember the name of right now so hopefully that will come soon so I can try that.

Marie - You mentioned snow and ice when running outside and that's what's always deterred me in the past. Once it starts getting cold out - even before the snow and ice - I wimp out and hangup my running shoes until springtime. I just want to see if I can stick with it longer this year since it really helps with my overall cardio capacity and endurance - not to mention the cross-training it provides.

Hey, seeing the St. Louis pics reminds me: Do we want to plan another get-together sometime? Maybe Ellen, Thea and Jedi can make it this time. Just a thought. I know people's schedules will get busy once the holidays get closer.
