Morning BBs,

TGIF!!! Brrr, a cold 9 degrees here this morning when I left for work. Winter is here!

Walked on the treadmill again this am, 60 min and did some abs. I think next week I will start a rotation doing SJP, C&W and Circuit Max with walks on the in between days. I need something to spice things up!

Not much on tap for the weekend, have WI at WW tomorrow and then hopefully some shopping. Oh, have any of you seen Walk the Line? I saw it this week and thought it was very good. I love Johnny Cash's music anyway but the movie was excellent. Joaqiun and Reese did a very good job.

Morning BB's,

Today will be PLB minus the stability ball plus 30 min run on treadmill. Tomorrow will be PUB Triceps/Biceps, Abs, and SJP Premix (cardio only). Sunday is a 5 mile run, PLB Stability Ball and Stretching.

Last night my oldest DD had her swim suit on before we left for practice, and I noticed the muscle definition on that girl. Her back and shoulders are incredible, and I am envious. Maybe I should take up swimming. And this is a girl that just two weeks ago said she wanted to be buff!!! Guess she got her wish.

Thea, yes it was very chilly today. I haven't seen Walk the Line yet, but I want to. I like Reese Witherspoon alot.

Morning ladies!

Thea-you aren't kidding; it is COLD!! I hate winter! I wish my entire family would move somewhere warm lol. Good luck with your WI tomorrow. :) I am happy to have a weekend with nothing to do but bowling on Sunday night. I've been so busy that my housekeeping has really suffered. I am going to spend tomorrow cleaning. I also want to finish wrapping my Christmas presents. This is the earliest I've ever been done! I haven't seen Walk the Line but plan to. I may go to a movie this weekend, too. Since I am single for the first time in my adult life, I am going to try to do things by myself; like go to a movie (never did it).

I also might go to a fat farm in a couple of weeks. Okay a spa lol. It's birdwingspa.com if anyone is interested. The only challenging thing is the drive-it'll be 6-7 hours. But I'm excited!!!

Laurie-how neat re:your dd! It's great to hear when so many of our young people are so overweight. I'm glad my boys don't have a problem, but both of my sisters kids are pretty heavy. I keep telling her to stop buying junk food-duh.

Good morning,

Brrrrr! I'm wearing a long-sleeved shirt, a sweater and a sweatshirt on top of that and am still chilly. I wish I could type on my computer while wearing gloves.

Today after work I think I'll do my standard: Boot Camp cardio and legs plus HSC. I have really lacked motivation to work out the last couple of weeks. I think I need to shake things up, too, but I don't know what with! It's too cold to run outside (for me). Oh well, I'll figure something out.

Jill, you've finished your Christmas shopping? Good for you! I have ideas for everyone; it's just a matter of getting it done. Tomorrow I have to go birthday shopping for my boyfriend... his birthday is on Tuesday. Then I can focus on Christmas. And a spa? That sounds like fun.

I haven't seen Walk the Line yet either, but I want to. Who am I kidding... I'll probably wait till it comes out on Netflix or On Demand. I rarely make it to the theater.

Hi BBs,
Way too cold for early December but at least the sun is out now.

Yesterday was 2 sholveling workouts. DH jsut got back this morning so now he can shovel if we get any more this weekend.

I have most of my shopping done - just a few things that I will probably finish up tomorrow morning.

I haven't seen Walk the Line either but heard it is excellent. We will still probably wait for On Demand or the rental to see it. So much to do that it is hard to find the time to get to the theater.

Laurie - I think you inspire your daughter to be in sports and stay fit!
 
Thea - DH and I haven't been to a movie together in ages. I've heard WTL is very good. Kind of want to see King Kong just because it's the same director as LOTR so it'll look awesome!

Laurie - I WISH my daughter had the desire to be buff. She's not fat but she just doesn't like sports very much.

Jill - I've always wanted to go to a spa. Maybe when the kids are older...

Marie - Glad your DH called and is okay.

Enjoyed Lowmax so much the other day I decided to do the interval 4-7 premix today for a shorter workout. Triceps are screaming today because of GS Chest/Tris yesterday so also did Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretching for Beginners. It didn't help...tris are still very sore. I guess I can tell where I've been slackin'. :D

Tomorrow I am going to attempt to do the Cathe Roadtrip Marathon of RS, ME and KPC. I know this sounds totally insane but I'm going to do it anyway. Doing RS and ME on the same day don't scare me but adding in KPC last definitely does! }( I don't know if I'll have any energy left for those combos at the end. I really shouldn't be doing this because I have house cleaning, Christmas shopping and decorating to do, but I see it as a personal challenge and just want to see if I can do it. This is actually much harder than what we did on the roadtrip because the step class was cut short to only about 45 minutes, the toning workout was with the stability ball - no weights, and the kickboxing workout didn't have any intervals or tough combos. If my tris are still sore tomorrow, I'm definitely cutting out any tricep work. I'll let you know on Monday if I survive. :p
