Morning BB's,

Today will be a Power Hour and a 30 min run. Saturday is CTX Kickbox & Kathy Smith's Aerobox plus Tae Bo Abs & Glutes. Sunday will be Bootcamp.

Today I will be going to a visitation for the father of my boss. I'm not fond of going to these things. My boss is a good guy, and was really close to his father. At least I'm not the only one going from my department.

Going to a James Bond B'day party on Saturday night. Generic Bond girl for me, I'm thinking. :+ And hopefully will be able to make some cut out cookies for Easter. My family just loves those things, so I like to get some made for Christmas and Easter.

Laurie - looks like you have great workouts planned for today and the weekend.

I went to kickboxing class at the gym last night. Glad to see a bigger group than the first week. Sat morning is spin and yoga class. I think we will also go to the gym on Sunday. Looking like phase 2 of the root canal is going to be Monday since I haven't gotten a call that they had something sooner. I am dreading a repeat of this past Monday and the days of discomfort following. But soon it will be ALL OVER! DH called and the guys are already at the house ripping out the old tile. THe dog is at Doggie Day Camp.

I am thinking of ordering at least one of the Amy Bento DVDs. THe other 2 coming out in April might have premixes.

Hi Everybody!

Laurie, your Saturday workout sounds like a doozy! Have fun!

My heel is still sore so I have been not doing any high impact cardio. I have been walking the dog VERY briskly and doing my pilates and strength routines. Don't know yet what the weekend holds for me. I take it one day at a time. I see my Doctor in a week or so for a different reason and if it's not better will ask her about it then.

No plans for the weekend! You guys have a great one! Susan

Good morning,

I actually got my behind out of bed early this morning to go to the gym. It was chaos on the Beltline, though — lots of black ice, very treacherous. I think I saw at least two accidents that had just happened, and there were several cars off the road. I slid around a little on one of the overpasses, which really scared me! By that point I was almost to the gym so I just kept going. I ran five miles on the treadmill. And this was all just because I didn't want to have to go to the gym after work Silly.

So glad it's almost the weekend. I have a ton of homework to do, but I also have three movies from Netflix to watch. My birthday is Monday, so my mom is going to have cake on Sunday at her house, and I'm taking Monday off from work so I can clean out my closet. Even if it doesn't seem like spring outside, it will be in my closet!

Hi you guys. I apologize for not posting more. Tax season is almost over. I haven't forgotten about the BBs!
