Morning BB's,
Today will be GS BSB, and a 30 min run. Will probably add on some Abs also. Oldest DD doesn't have swimming tonight, so I can take my time with my work out. Loved Kickmax last night. When doing the premix Kickbox/Bootcamp Challange I did marching instead of all the jumping jacks during the punching drills. Don't see why I would need to get the heart rate up when all I was doing where the leg drills afterwards.
We have Trick or Treat on Saturday night in our subdivision, so my DD's are all excited. I will have to decide what I would like to appear in. I'm thinking my Maleficent costume would be good. }(
