MOrning!!!! I just wanted to stop in really quickly and say hi. I am running around trying to get ready for Black River Falls for the baseball tournament. I am getting back on track with exercise and eating as soon as we return and I can't wait. I am so ready!

Morning BB's,

Today will be KS LW2LW Upper Body, BC Lower Body, and Abs (haven't decided what I want to do on this one yet). I also have volleyball tonight, at least the heat has gone down. Beautiful day out there.

I just returned from the dentist this morning. Actually it was just a cleaning, but I have to go back to visit my dentist. Apparently I have just a small part of a filling that fell out, and another tooth has a filling problem. Of couse these are really old ones, so I'm not surprised. I really don't like getting my teeth cleaned, but they sure feel good afterwards. :7

Sue, did you have a good time at the State Fair. The day turned out to be really nice.

Jill, Have a good time in Black River Falls, it should be enjoyable weather for you this weekend. It can be a pain when it is so hot and all you can do is sit and watch.

Jill - Have a great time in BRF! Hope you have time to post when you get back - we missed you!

Laurie - We had a great time at the fair yesterday thanks for asking. DD surprised me. Instead of going on more rides she opted to walk thru the Expo Center with me and stopped at every single jewelry counter to look. Let me explain. . .DD is not athletic enough to be considered a tomboy but generally abhores anything "girly". If it's pink, forget it. So I was pleasantly surprised when she decided to spend $5 of her own money on a bracelet (not pink ;-)).

Thinking about doing HSTA today although I'm kind of thinking of lifting heavy, too. Hmmmmmm. . . guess I need a rotation to keep me focused.

Marie - Can't remember if you ordered Tracey Staehle's (sp?) new workouts. She has this 1 move on the clip where you crawling like a spider on the floor that's a lot tougher than it looks. I tried it and thought to myself "This will either get me in shape or sprain my wrist!" I'm waiting for the professional clips before I decide. Yeah, I know I missed the $15 price by waiting but didn't want to get caught up in the hype.
