Hello BB"s. Now that school has started and I am back to work part time I haven't had time to say HI!

My workout schedule needs to be refined now that I am running all over again. I walk the dog every morning for at least 35 minutes. When I get home from work I try to squeeze in Cathe or Pilates. Today I am going to try to do the Nordic Track. Last year I really beat myself up if I missed a work out or something cut it short. I have decided not to be so hard on myself this year! I'll use my one day a week off and the weekends to do those realy kick butt workouts!!

Good Morning all!

Susan - We posted at the same time so I moved mine here. I'm learning, too, not to beat myself up if I don't have time to workout or need to do something shorter. As long as I do SOMETHING I feel better.

Karen - To answer your question about jogging (Do I love it?) I definitely DON'T love it the minute I step out the door and it's chilly but I know if I put on more layers I'll be sweating like crazy later.}( Also, when the cold and wind make my ears freeze. I DO love it when I see myself going faster and farther than before and of course when I'm all done! :+ As far as results, when my diet is clean I notice definite leaning and smoothness in the upper part of my legs especially in the back. (Key phrase here is "when my diet is clean")

Did Coremax #2 last night and Muscle Endurance this morning.

Susan, What do you do part time? How many children are in school? I hope you have fun with whatever exercise you get in. Some is better than none-now I just need to try believing it.

Sue, I don't eat clean at all so I guess running won't help anymore than any other cardio workout. Which coremax segment do you like best. I find myself doing #3 the most.

Today is Imax 3 and turbos. I really have to get motivated here soon.

I work for the Kimberly-Clark Corporation(Kleenex, Huggies). I am just a salad prep.person and cashier in their cafeteria. I LOVE their salad bar. So much fresh veggies and fruit - yumm! The job lets me work 9-2:30 4 days a week. I also have off when the children are off. It's perfect really. My DD is in 4th grade and my DS is in 1st.
