Hello BB's,

Today is Imax 3, 200 walking lunges, 200 sit ups. So today my neighbors will think I'm a nut job again. :D

I just ordered Turbo Jam. Been spening too much this month with school starting and swimming to pay for. But I couldn't pass up the 33% off.

Jill, I have been waiting for that Super Walmart to open. I was planning on going tonight to pick up a few things. Maybe I will think about that one. ;-)

Have a great day!

Laurie

Good morning,

Today is scheduled to be a 5-mile run. I rested yesterday, but I think I have shin splints for whatever reason, so I'm debating whether I will do the run and try to work through the discomfort or just do something else.

I'm very intimidated by the thought of doing Boot Camp twice tomorrow, but I'm going to give it a try. I looked back at the rotation check-ins from earlier this month to see how people handled it, and it sounds like it may not be as bad as I think it will be.

Have a great weekend,
ellen

Hi, all! I'm in a GREAT mood today! Eating is back on track, had a great workout this morning, looking forward to a fun weekend with the kids before they start school on Thursday. I jogged 4 1/2 miles this morning outside and did 200 walking lunges.

Laurie - I *thought* about doing those walking lunges outside but chickened out! LOL I have to do about 8 laps back and forth in basement to get to 200.

Are you guys talking about the new Walmart on Capitol Drive in Pewaukee? I dont know if it's a SuperWalmart or not but I've been there a couple of times. Not as busy and much cleaner than the other ones by me. We shopped for school supplies there.

Sue

Hi again everybody,

I have to admit that I am minutes from bailing on my run. My attitude toward running shifts every few months, and right now I'm really down on it. Instead, I'm going to do HC Extreme #3, the one that combines Imax 3 and Kickmax.

I hope everyone is having a great day! I got to leave work early because we had a new dryer delivered at home, very exciting! :)

Take care,
ellen

I envy you! I've tried several times to convince myself that I like running, but it's the one thing that I seem to burn out on really quickly. One of my best friends runs marathons; I don't know how she or anyone who does them (or anything beyond a few miles) can do it. I'm in awe :)

I'd love to be able to run marathons, too but 5 miles is my max. :p

What I meant to say is HC Extreme 3 is a kick-butt workout! To me, running 5 miles is a easier because you can go at your own pace. I'm not a great runner (or jogger to be more accurate) by any means. When I was younger I ran more but now I get bored easily because it's the same repetitive motion over and over. My workouts at home with Cathe are much more fun.
