Morning BB's,

Today I am going to do Kathy Smith LW2LW Upper Body, Bootcamp Lower Body, and Abs from Step Heat and 25 min Interval Run. I also have my last softball game tonight. Yipee!!!

Marie, The weight w/o that I have listed above is what I did on Monday and really enjoyed it. KS LW2LW is 20 min, BC LB is 10 and the Abs are 7 min. I went heavy on LW2LW and was sore yesterday.

HI Ladies!

Laurie, that sounds like a fun workout. i have never tried any of Kathy Smith's workouts. Are they good?

Today I have to mow the lawn for about 45 minutes, walk the dog for 40mns, and some Pilates for 30-45 minutes.

My heel is so much better. It doesn't bother me anymore unless I spend too much time in the wrong shoes. Those with no heel support. Now however I hurt my shoulder about a week ago. I think it's just tendonitits. I am resting it, icing it 3-4 times a day and taking ibuprofen. It's starting to feel better.

I was doing pushups everyday,trying to get better at them. I think I did more harm than good! One day I finished up the chest work and went to do side laterals and felt a pain go down my shoulder/ arm. Doctor said to do the R.I.C.E method for at least a week and see if it improves. It is...

Susan, The work outs of Kathy Smith's that I enjoy are Lift Weights to Lose Weight #1, Peak Fat Burning (interval), Jumprope portions in her Aerobox, and her kickboxing one. Most of the ones I have are on VHS, but they are putting these on DVD's. What I like is she has Beginner/Interm/Advanced exercisers, so you can follow whomever you choose.

Thanks for the info Laurie -I have that and wil nave to try it again.

Tonight wil be the NordicTrack again and hopefully some upper body and abs on my own.

Good afternoon, ladies! Didn't get a chance to checkin yesterday. We went to House on the Rock and then to New Glarus to visit my new grand nephew.

Yesterday morning I did manage to do Bodymax step and the circuits before we left. I planned to do it all but was interrupted by a phone call from work. . .again. . .so had to cut my workout short. x(

<Start rant>
My next vacation will be to a place without phones or internet so I don't have to worry about being bothered by work. I've had 5 phone calls this week already - not short ones either - and it's only Wednesday.) Okay, my rant is over and it feels better to get that off my chest.

This morning I did Bodymax upper twice because I really felt like working my upper body. It was rough going the 2nd time around with the pushups but I made it. :) Also did BM abs.

Susan - Glad to hear your heel is feeling better but now your shouler/arm is sore? :( Man, I feel for you. . . Hopefully it's just some bad DOMS that will go away in a few days.

Laurie - Glad you found a workout that worked for you the other night. I don't have that Kathy Smith workout but I do enjoy her kickbox one. I sent you an email BTW so I hope you got it.

Marie - Are you enjoying the Nordic Track? I thought about dragging ours out but it's buried so deep in one of our closets that getting it out would almost be a workout itself. LOL Sounds like you're hanging in there while DH is away.
