Hello Badgers
I tought I would get this started this am. I had more time then I thought I would so here we go...
I did interval 1-5 of Imax 2 and the abs section from cardio and weights. I need to more cardio on the weekends(I only work at the hospital fri-sun) and my house is old with thin walls and my DH can hear me so I was now thinking of getting a stationary bike so that I can get cardio in on Fri and Sat without waking him up at 4am on his days off. What do you guys think? I also think I need to add more core work to my routine, do you guys like core max or Ab hits better? I hope every Buff Badger has a great day and for those of you (probably most of you) it is friday and the end of your workweek.Yeah.
