Sue, nice job on the leg press. I'll have to add that on next time I do a workout. I ended up doing MIC. Wasn't that hard. I had to up the intensity on it all. I debated between that and SB/SJP premix and I should have picked the later. To bad your 1/2 days are over. Enjoy the rest of your day.
 
Hi! Late again today!:confused: Busy getting ready for a camping trip and running around. Today I walked for 40, did hill repeats on the ellipitcal for 40, and then Pump Party.

We'll be leaving around 10:30 tomorrow morning so I hope to get something in, besides a walk!

Yes, Sue, you are an enabler!:p Haven't decided what to get yet. I also took out a different Pilates dvd from the library yesterday (Pilates on the Go) I had done this one before and forgot how much I like it. I found on Amazon that they have a 2 dvd set with it and "Pilates on the Go on the Ball." for only about $5! Decisions, decisions....;)

Karen, the fact that you had to increase the intensity on MIC tells me you are in awesome shape!:) Good job!

Susan, have fun camping. How long did it take you to finish your marathon workout yesterday?

Full body or circuit today. Again, can't decide. This is why I do better with a rotation.

Lala, watching the kids swim at swimming lessons really makes me want to go swimming. Don't think I'd make it across the pool anymore though.
