Buff Badgers 7/27/05

Ahhhh, love ya too Jedi!!!! We need to get together soon--I will let you know when I have more weekdays off! Also, isn't it hard to resist buying more Cathe DVDs? Once you start, you can't stop....I like several from the Body Blast series. Lots of people feel they aren't as challenging as some of her other series like the Intensity ones or Hardcore ones, but I think they are what you make of them. I use heavier weights when I do Push Pull and Super sets etc. KPC and Legs and Glutes is also awesome and Step Blast is tons of fun. I have pretty much all of her workouts, so let me know if you have any questions!

Like Fitness Jedi said, I am 28 as well. Single, no kids--that may be why I can get up in the wee hours of the morning to get in my workouts!

Like the idea of a T-shirt if we hit the next road trip. I am going to start saving now for it the trip!
 
Sue, thats great you do kickmax. I avoid that workout because of the blasts. It just frys me. Oh t-shirts are always a good idea. Take care.
 
Well I did it, I was able to get my workout in and I also added a small ab work out in as well. I think that everone is doing so well, keep up the great work.
 
I got a workout in, too. I did UCB w/Steph from BSS4. Felt like a change with the incline today. It felt good after 2 rest days!
