I will statrt the tread today, if someone has already started this great if not here we go...today I will try to do Cardio and weughts jst the cardio section. I have a lot going on today so I am going to try to squeeze it in between now and bedtime. I hope everyone else is doing well. I try to workout twice a day just 2 days a week. I work like to do it more but mom duties call and I can only do one workout on the days that I work. I'll let you know if I am able to get my work out in today. Good day all.
