Hello there Ladies! Yesterday I just plain forgot to check in! It was so hot and muggy here- Yuck!
I have slacked off on my Pilates lately and it's showing! I have decided I must get back into doing it at least 4 days a week. When I am consistent with Pilates I feel/look leaner and tighter. When I slack of it shows! That's the key really, to be consistent... true about anything I guess. I love Pilates and am eager to get back on track!
Today I wallked 40 minutes and will do my Pilates Maximum Burn for 50 minutes.
