BUFF BADGERS 5/4 - 5/8

Hi ladies! Just popping in for a quick "Happy Mother's Day"!

Yesterday I had a list a mile long to get done and "workout" was at the bottom of that list, by the time I got that far it was 7pm and I was in no mood to workout! LOL!

Today, I am taking it easy and relaxing. It used to be that I would be very stressed if I missed 2 workouts in a row but with these new eating habits, I am not worried!
