Hi! Hope everyone enjoyed their Tuesday.

I will be doing Rythnic Step today. It's my 1st Cathe Cardio since my heel spur. It's also one of my favorites! I am ready to go!

I was so tired yesterday. Every time I had a mement to sit down I wanted to take a nap! I feel more energized today.

Susan, good luck with the Cathe today! RS is my all time favorite step with her. :) I hope your heel feels okay doing it. :)

Today is day one of Nutrisystems. I am nervous. I admit it. I know the plan will work. It's sticking to it faithfully that scares me. No wine! LOL. Luckily I have no big social events coming up that I know of. That is my biggest challenge-social eating. Especially with my family. It's all about the food!

I'm going to try TJ Cardio Party 2 today. I will be following the low impact person. I got CP2 and Ab Jam in the mail yesterday. Still no sign of the Maximum Results package; I didn't even get any tracking information! I've heard BB sucks for service, but I had discounts ordering from them, so I did. I just hope it comes soon. I ordered on 5/19.

Yeah it is Wednesday already!!

No workout this morning. I haven't been sleeping good - too hot! We have the AC on but DH has it set at 77! :( We should be able to turn off the AC and open the windows tonight! Also my shins are killing me from the weekend so only workout was laying in bed and stretching them out!

Susan - I am so happy to hear you are able to do your favorite workout again!

Cynthia - I liked Amy in the abs workout but have read good reviews of the others too. Collage has clips and maybe reviews. Otherwise VF should have some feedback. I have seen some good reviews on the new CIA workouts that you might want to check out. I think Collage has these or at least some of them. I think Mindy's Bootcamp has had mixed reviews but I could be confused - it might just have been a segment. If you post a question at VF asking for recs on something new and what you are considering you could get some opinions on what is worth checking out.

Busy day here at work, we are in the process of moving a bunch of people to other offices around here and I'm the one that is helping with the coordination. x(

Anyway I will be doing a 5 mile run and then going to softball tonight.

Jill, cute kitten! And have fun with the TJ.

Susan, glad you can start doing those workouts that you enjoy.

Marie, take care of those shins. And of course stretching is the best option. :D

Susan - I'll keep my fingers crossed that you have no problems doing RS today. :)

Jill - I ordered TJ Max Results on 5/20 and haven't received it yet either. On my confirmation email, it says you can call Customer Service for an estimated delivery date. It's not quite 2 weeks yet so I'll give them a few more days.

Marie - I hate shin splints (if that's what you have). Massaging them a bit seems to help me when I get them. You're right about the new CIA workouts - they do look interesting. Jill - there's one that has 2 workouts - 1 step, 1 bosu. (I know you have a bosu.)

Laurie - Have fun on your 5 mile run! I am so glad it's finally warm enough outside to run. I'd rather run in the heat and humidity (to a point) than the cold and wind.

Cynthia - I *wish* I could tell you about Mindy's and Amy's bootcamp workouts but alas, I'm not wealthy enough to buy all the workouts I want! LOL I think you're right about Mindy's bootcamp - looks like the same old stuff. Just based on the Collage description in the catalog the only new thing seems to be the med ball which she uses in other workouts. Of the 2, I'd try Amy's first even though it's $7 more - maybe more out of curiousity than anything else although Amy's w/o has had good reviews.

Did 4.5 mile jog/walk this morning and then did my 15 min. McDonald's cardio workout! The McD w/o was VERY basic choreography. I picked the "I'm up for a challenge" workout w/o the step. (1 of 4 on the DVD) It consisted of grapevines, jog in place, heel jacks, double heel jacks, jumping jacks, front hop kicks, side hop kicks - that's it! Although, doing this after my jog got my HR up higher than I expected. It was pretty boring but as a occasional (very occasional!) add-on it gets the job done. I did like the timer graph at the bottom showing how much longer to go before switching to the next exercise.

Sue, I didn't GET a confirmation order form BB. That worries me now. They did charge my credit card of course! And I have the CIA you're talking about---the bosu part is led by Seasun Zieger who I really like a lot. But I haven't tried it yet. I also ordered her new step one. Hopefully after my shot I'll be able to try step again! I'm into the Turbo Jams now, though, anyway. I just did CP2 for the first time. I liked it!
 
Sue! What a coincidence! I just got an email with a tracking number. It is already at the UPS place in Illinois, so hopefully it will come tomorrow or Friday. Yay!
