Hi girls. Just finished my workout. Yay! I did 30 minutes each of treadmill and elliptical while watching last night's Lost episode. What a good episode! Of course still no real answers, but it was nice to have a new show again and not another rerun!

Marie, it's probably a good idea to ease back into your workouts a little. That's how I did it, too. I started again last Friday after three weeks off (yikes!) and yesterday was the first day I really hit it hard. So far so good---no bad doms.
Laurie, cycling works for me, too. I think it just works keeping your metabolism guessing how many calories the body needs to burn.

LOL. No bad weather at all here last night. We did get an inch or two of snow this morning, but nothing bad.
Okay, back to work. Just happy to have gotten my exercise in today!
