Buff Badgers 11-8-10 thru 11-12-10

Hi, no workout yesterday, worked all day. Today I did Cardio Axe, one section of High and Tight and Sculpt from Brazil Butt Lift. Wed. I did get in a premix of MM.

Susan, great job on the run. What was the temp when you ran? Have fun at the tournament tomorrow. What magazine did you get the workout from. Thanks for the recipe. I will be making it after grocery shopping today.

Laurie, did you do all of yoga x? How did the enchiladas turn out? How many chin ups are you doing now? Are they unassisted?

Sue, how did you get your DH to make supper. Nice job on your walk/run. It was one of the last nice days we will see for awhile I think. Good luck with all those temptations at work. It is a tough time of year. Thank you for the recipe. I am going to make these this weekend too. Just what I need but it sounds so good.

lala, nice runs. I need to be more consistent with my running. Seems like my hip always goes out though. My DH won't eat cereal and he won't pack his lunch even if I make it the night before, which I do so things go faster in the morning.

Susan--I am glad you enjoyed your early morning run. It is awesome to run that many miles early in the morning.

Laurie---It is so great to be able to exercise and catch up on some housework when you are off.

Today was the cardio portion and abs of Body Max 2. I almost fell off the step during the last segment of part 1 (insoles up, straddle ---charleston kicks). I have done this workout at least 50 times and I can't begin to understand why I almost fell today.:eek:I love Body Max 2.
