Morning BBs!

Just a quick checkin because I'm off this afternoon. This morning I did Viper from the Terminator cd. Waiting to see what Cathe will post for a February rotation before deciding what to do tomorrow. I seem to do better on her rotations than when I make it up on my own.

Hi Everyone!

This is my off day. I have the kids conferences after school and need to rest the tendons today after doing 40 min. hi/low yesterday. I also did Kari's Curl which I haven't done in awhile. I like this ab vid alot.

Marie, Kevin Hunt is now doing the sports on our NBC affiliate! I always liked him and had said to DH that I wish Kevin were out here. When I was in WI after Christmas my SIL told me this info and I couldn't believe it. I don't think he was fired though. I think he left. He gets a longer sports segment out here and I think that tempted him.

Suppose to reach near 80 degrees this week. We set a record for the most days without rain. 104 days and counting. No rain chance this week! I love this weather since I have recess duty.

Morning!

Sue - I looked at the Feb Rotation - looks pretty do-able. I always have to substitute for the runs, but otherwise it looks good. I really, really rely on Cathe's rotations to keep me motivated and going. Before I used these, I just didn't know which vid to choose and would often be paralyzed staring at my "collection". I'm currently doing a Legs & Glutes rotation that I really think has been helping to firm up my lower body. Last night was (surprise, surprise!) Legs & Glutes. Love that one. It just flies by!

Tonight the whole MIC is on tap. I might do the hi/lo twice instead of doing the step. I like the hi/lo section a lot better.

Cynthia, I'm so jealous of your 80-degree weather! I like the cold weather somewhat around the holidays, but after that, I'm over it :)

This morning I did Legs and Glutes and S&H chest and back. It was a great workout. Tonight I have class, then I have to go to the airport to pick up my mom and grandma after their grand time in Florida. My mom emailed me almost every day to let me know she was going to the beach or to the lazy river that's built into my aunt's complex. Torture! :)

Sarah, I love Legs and Glutes. It's by far my favorite leg workout. I think I'm going to do it once a week while I'm training for the mini, although I guess I should mix it up a little. I just hate stationary lunges a lot, and those are in everything but Legs and Glutes.

Sarah - MIC Hi/Lo TWICE! :eek: :eek: :eek: I bow down before you, oh fit one.

I agree with what you said about Cathe's rotations. They really push me and I'm starting to notice real fitness gains because of it. Now, if only the scale would cooperate. }( I'm thinking of doing the Feb rotation but I'm really looking forward to doing a CP1/KM mish-mosh tomorrow that I cooked up. I've also been on a PS kick so maybe I'll start next week.
