Hello there! Hope you all enjoyed your weekend! Mine was quiet but good! Saturday I did BodyMax and Sunday I went on the elliptical for an hour. I was going to do BodyMax on Friday but I just wasn't feeling quite right yet. I actually laid down and took a nap instead! I am feeling "normal" finally today.
Re-wrote a rotation last night. I have been doing Cathe's January '08 one but it didn't allow me any time for my pilates! I really miss it when I don't practice it for a while. So I have now added it back in! So, today is Pilates Max. Burn for an hour!
Enjoy the warmer temps today! It won't last long!
