Emy, I"m obviously not Briee...but I've heard from her via e-mail. She's been super busy with her mansion re-modeling. 
Ironically, I've been wondering about YOU & how you've been?
How are the little ones doing? Any jealously issues? Are you getting any sleep? What's your toughest obstacle mother-wise? You know, I"m counting on you and your wisdom...so you have to share with me!!!

Hey Melanie, I hope your pregnancy is going well. You sure are getting close!
My little ones are doing well, in most areas that is. I can't complain about the sleeping department. Max and Lily are both great sleepers. (I give partial credit to their Brookstone Tranquil Moments sound machines). Lily is such a lovable, smiley, easy-to-care-for baby. I really appreciate that due to her crazy older brother. He is so inquisitive and curious now. But with that rapid learning and development comes a bit of defiance. He loves to throw things (especially after being told not to) and he sometimes hits and scratches his sister if she is crying. So, he is my challenge, and Lily is really quite easy.
I think he isn't so keen on his sister because of his age. I think if he were a bit older, he might be better able to cope. And since he is slow in the talking department, he still can't really communicate with me well. So that could be frustrating for him. I would like to hear how Justin reacts to your baby since they will be about the same age apart as Max and Lily (about 22.5 months, right?)

I'm here I'm here I'm here. and Yes Melanie and I have been emailing probably more than I've been checking the forums lately....she's so much fun.
I'm happy for ya Em...a wonderful baby that sleeps. I have 4 of those sleep machines now...just hoping for a good nights sleep. That way I can have a thunderstorm, rainy, crickety, heartbeaty kind of a night all at once...so you think Noah would sleep right? NOOOOOOOOO. What has worked well is a cool mist humidifier, since he's been sick, that is MEGA LOUD. I think I only get up 2 times a night with that wonderful thing. I'm not complaining, I'm not complaining, I'm not complaining (this is theraputic kind of like convincing myself that I love pushups).
Are you all moved in and adjusted to your home now? I still can't believe all you went through when you were due to have a baby. AND AFTER you had the baby as well. You must be young!! We need some pictures of baby and Max...I have a new email [email protected]. I'd love to see some. Noah is talking up a storm....but in his own language. He's so funny, all the inflection is there like he's carrying on a normal conversation, but in chinese. And he looks at me expecting an answer to his long sentences, but I have no idea what he is saying...so I make up answers and we have long conversations about absolutely nothing. I bet he and Max would get along great!

I'm glad you are fairing well, ms. briee, and I will send pictures soon.
This morning I met with some mommies and little ones at a playground, so we are adjusting well to our new place and meeting new people. It was cute: max climbed to the top of the playground set and then was too scared to come down. So one 4 year old girl helped him down. Then she ended up holding his hand and "taking him under her wing" and guiding/playing with him the rest of the time. So sweet!
I'm glad you are fairing well, ms. briee, and I will send pictures soon.
