I'm so sorry...I didn't mean to not respond on whatever thread it was that you asked about my HIIT attempts and now I can't remember which it was. Yes I am implementing this in all kinds of ways. I'm still doing IMAX in it's entirety, but I'm trying to shorten the pre cardio stuff that leads to the interval blasts and I'm doing BC cardio only add ons and intervals on the exercise bike and with the jumprope. I'm even doing intervals on our trampoline (yes a big one - not the little rebounder). This is the most fun by far and can really get the heart rate racing. Just imagine doing airborn jack/jumps with the splits (touch your toes) and backflips (just kidding) for one solid minute and then a few recovery seconds. This is a blast!! Anyone owning a trampoline for their children ought to get out there and use it for intervals!!!!

HIIT can be adapted to almost anything it seems!!! :) :) :) And I have to say it has stretched my cardio level far more than ANYTHING else. So what are you doing...anymore ideas???
