Breakfast anyone?

Please give me some breakfast ideas. I am getting so burned out on breakfast. I usually eat a bowl of cereal w/blueberries, an english muffin w/a tablespoon of peanut butter or a bagel w/a slice of low fat cheese on top.

I am so tired of all these things. The only things that sound good to me now are biscuits (don't need those), pancakes (no, too) and grits.

Please give me some of your favorite breakfast ideas! :9
 
I'm a huge fan of Kashi Go Lean Crunch. With some sliced strawberries, it's my favorite meal of the day. But I'm also very fond of scrambled eggs. I only eat those on the weekend though. Too much of a mess for the workday.
 
I love Kashi Go Lean Crunch but I put it in a cup of plain yogurt (Stonyfield Farms) with a little art. sweetner. I eat all of my cereal in plain yogurt... Special K with Red Berries is another fav. I love the PB and pudding (choc) in oatmeal idea.

Make your own Egg McMuffin.... use whole grain English muffin, Egg Beaters, turkey bacon, and a slice of 2% cheese. Yum....
 
Here are 3 breakfast ideas that total 250 Calories each:

Breakfast #1

2 slices toasted, reduced-calorie, whole-wheat bread, with 1 level tablespoon peanut butter
1/2 banana (or 1 orange or 1/2 grapefruit)
to drink: skim milk optional

Breakfast #2

1 cup dry cereal*
1 cup skim or 1% milk
1/2 banana or 2 tablespoons raisins
to drink: skim milk optional

*Choose a cereal variety with more than 3 grams of fiber and less than 120 calories per 3/4-1 cup serving, such as Bran Flakes, Kashi to Good Friends, Cheerios, Total, or All Bran.

Breakfast #3

1 serving oatmeal, prepared with water*
3 level tablespoons raisins, 1 banana, or 1 1/2 cups berries or melon
to drink: skim milk

*Use 1 packet dry, instant oatmeal, any flavor that is less than 150 calories per serving, or you can use 1/2 cup dry, traditional oatmeal, with cinnamon to taste.

Three days week my breakfast is

two egg whites with any grilled veggies I find
2 slices of lean bacon (I can hear the screaming from the crowd as I am typing that) or a boca sausage
1 fruit of some kind
 
I love grits also and thought I should give them up when I started working out because of the butter but then I discovered Quacker instant grits butter flavor (100 calories) so when I am someplace I can't get breakfast. You don't have to add that extra butter because they are perfectly buttered)

Life is too short to give up everything.
 
In the summer I love a smoothie:

Plain yogurt
Milk for smoothness
Banana
Frozen blueberries
Wheat germ
Blob of all natural peanut butter.

Whir it all up and enjoy!!
