Break From P90x - Will I Lose My Gains?

Hey All!

I'm on the last week of my P90x rotation and am planning what to do next. I want to start P90x again in May, so for April I am going to focus a bit more on cardio, doing mostly circuit and total body strength workouts. Since I did heavy 8-10 reps with P90x, I thought for April I would do lighter weights in the 12-15 rep range. Do you guys think I will lose the gains I've made over the last three months if I do 12-15 for four weeks? Should I just continue to lift heavy?

Oh Sparrow, I want to know too!! I will be finishing soon and want to take a break. I do plan to start again, but want to do something different for a while. I can not imagine we would lose what was gained completely. The change may actually do some good. I'd like to do a few circuit w/os and some step. I am afraid I'll lose my stepping ability.

I'm interested to see others responses.
