bras

Hi!

I did't get anything specially designed for nursing for financial reasons, but was fine through 2 nursing babies 'double bagging' with two Champion sports bras (the over-the-head compression style). I went through a lot of nursing pads, too, due to leakage, so invested in a bunch of washable ones. If you can get the timing down of nursing/pumping and working out, you can maximize your comfort, too, so your breasts aren't full when you're trying to exercise.

Good luck and kudos to you for even THINKING about working out at this point :) :) :)

P.S. How are you and your family doing?

LOL..well i am only "thinking" about it at this point. i am getting so excited to get back into it. i went for a walk today with jaden.
thanks for the pointer about making sure i am not full when working out...that's a good one.

I double bag them too when I am post partum because I am cheap, but I'm sure you could find a really good bra for large breasts.

It was such a shock after my first child to go from these perky little A/B boobs to big hurkin D's--and I never did get my perky little boobs back--they got little again eventually, but rather sack-like and droopy.

Sorry if that's too much information:+
