Hi Kathryn! It is tricky to give you exact BPM's since there are tempo variations throughout some of the workouts. For instance, Kick Punch and Crunch gradually speeds up in BPM's during intensity drills then slows down quite a bit at the very end (it is mentioned in the workout that this is going to happen) to accomodate the hammer punch lunges. Step Jump and Pump deliberately changes tempo's per song to accomodate either the step, hi/lo/ or weight routines. Step Blast is pretty consistent as far as BPM's with a warm up at 130 BPM and a step routine at 132 BPM. All of the weight workouts are approx. 128 to 130 BPM's. Hope this helps!
