Bosu on sale online

I almost bought a Bosu on sale at Target today ($89.99) but decided I'd check the internet first. I'm glad I waited because I bought one on gnc.com on sale for $79.99 with free shipping and used a coupon code for 30% off (your first online order-code JAN174-, but there are other codes you can find by doing a search). Anyway, it ended up being $59.30 with tax. Now I am hoping Cathe will come out with a Bosu workout! Any other suggestions in the meanwhile?

I bought the Bosu from GNC too. It hasn't been delivered yet, but I'm anxious to try it out! I've been wanting to buy one for a while but was balking at the $100 pricetag.

After I get back from vacation I'm going to buy a couple videos to use with it. I've heard a lot of good things about CIA's Double Cardio. That's all I've decided on right now.

I would check out collagevideo.com and check under bosu. they have a lot of workouts for the bosu. My favorites are
Gay Gasper Reactive strength and power
Seusun Zeiger it is on the CIA double cardio DVD (the other workout all body cardio is excellent also)
Rob Glick has 2 cardio workouts
There is a Mindy Mylrea and Kelli Roberts DVD 2 workouts that are good. Mindy's is more advance. that one I found on Mindy' s site fitflix.com

I just started using a BOSU about 3 weeks ago. The Seasun workout mentioned on CIA's Double Cardio is great and a real butt-kicker. BOSU really kicks the heart rate up with lower impact.

I bought Rob Glick's BOSU workout as it had good reviews on Collage (Gay Gaspar and Chalene Johnson are the cast!), but I was disappointed-not challenging enough.

I have been using the BOSU as a substitute for the high step topper during the cardio sections of HSTA and HSC. It is easy to get it to work with the BOSU, and it kicks the cardio up a notch.

I read on Amy Bento's sight that she is considering doing a BOSU workout. Hopefully we'll get some critical mass here and see more BOSU workouts. They are challenging, lower impact and FUN!

I just did a google search for "gnc.com coupon code" and found several listed on coupon sharing websites. The best one was code JAN174 and it was for 30% off your first online order. Just type in the promotion code at checkout. I'm not sure when it expires, I was assuming today because it had "JAN" in the code. There were several others ($10 off $50, 15%, etc.) that expired in Feb. Hope that helps!

CIA Double Cardio is awesome. That is my favorite bosu workout (cardio & abs) and I also love the All Body Cardio led by Sharon on that same DVD.

The bosu at Target only inflates to 9 inches. It is somewhat smaller than the original bosu which inflates to 11 inches I believe. I'm still happy with my purchase and actually think it makes cardio on the bosu more doable, but balance may be more tricky.

I had a hard time finding any references to heights on the bosu, even on the official website. They don't seem to give them model numbers or anything so you can compare. I googled the exact product title of the bosu I bought on gnc.com and came up with another website that gave the specifications as 12" high. So I hope that's what I get! It was confusing, though.
