I have both a Bosu (with a leak, so I haven't used it much) and a Reebok board. I would say they do very differnt things, for the most part.
Both work on balance, and could be used for lunges or squats, for example. But The Bosu is also used for almost a type of step aerobics (slower paced and more straight moves than Cathe's step: don't try to use her workouts on it!) and has a certain give to it.
The Reebok board (mine is gathering dust somewhere: I tried to sell it once, but the shipping cost is outrageous!) has a rotational aspect to it that the Bosu doesn't.
I can't imagine transfering a Bosu workout directly to the Reebok board or vice versa. Definitely some modifications would be needed.
