<---woke groggy but when<---turned on the news our chef buddy was on cooking for the local news
<---thought that was cool, for once a friend that is on the news for something positive LOL(should be the friends we left in NJ)

<---is glad its friday eve since that means one day closer to kids going back to school
<---is trying to get movtivated to get moving today,has to work upper body and go for a short run
<---has everything else ready to go but ME
<---downs a can of rush energy lite drink for the caffiene and hopes that helps
<---is off to lace up the sneakers and walk around a bit to wake up more.

<--wanted to SPIN this morning but thinks that's a BAD idea while sleep deprived. Will do some extra cardio at home instead. :)
 
<--is now done with cereal and moving on to coffee #2 while trying to convince self to complete MM U/B premix + ab work before DS gets up...

<---was very tempted to get online last night, but has discovered that late evening computer work, even if fun, really messes up sleep

<---had a lovely day yesterday but didn't get tomatoes planted - tiller leaks gas and won't stay running
<---took Clean Max to new heights instead, and washed down siding on house, and also cleaned windows inside and out
<---woke up to a lovely thunderstorm, and rain lasted all night - thank goodness, because it is desperately needed
<---has an in-house mess around and do little stuff day planned
<---might try planting tomatoes somewhere else, like in flower bed. Maybe.
<---wishes everyone a happy happy day, in case <--- doesn't get to check in again
