Boot Camp premixes

Hi there - can anyone provide me with info about the premixes on BC? I know what they are - it's listed on the menu. But how long are they? Do you like them? Etc.

For example - BC cardio only. Since there are 7 blasts, each one a minute long, is the cardio only segment just 7 minutes long? (Although I expect it would be a pretty tough 7 minutes...)

Which ones are the most fun? Any other info you're willing to give - THANKS!!!
 
Actually, the cardio only premix is 19 minutes. And there are 8 segments in BC, not 7.

If you'd like, pm me with your e-mail and I'll send you a copy of the Word document someone did with all the premix lengths, etc. in it.
 
I like to do the Everything But Core Premix then go back and do the Core only premix. It keeps me from getting light headed like I do when I jump up off the floor and try to get into high impact cardio.

Edited to say I don't know how long they are exactly but you can take a good guestimate based on if you do the WU and stretch at the end. I have used all the premixes and I do enjoy them all. They are all great add ons to other workouts. For a while I did the BC/ME premix a lot and I adored it!

I was reading this thread and I have done the cardio only premix many times and I did not think that it 19:13 minutes long, and it is NOT the math is off..The entire cardio only premix is 17:08 minutes in length and that includes warm up and stretch, I added it up just now. If you take out the stretch it is only 13:64 minutes in length with 5:28 minute warm up...so actually the hardcore cardio portion is only really about 8:36 minutes in length. That is why when I do the cardio only premix I do it 2 times.
