Boot Camp Premix Question?

I did boot camp (78 min.)the day before yesterday for my 50 min. brisk walk. I wanted do do only cardio premix, but couldn't find the time lengh on it.Can someone please tell me how long the premixes are on boot camp? I also posted this in the Video & DVD rotation forum. Thanks! Belinda

Hi Jillybean,
thanks for answering so quickly! If I want to do only the cardio premix,I am only working out less than 10 min.? I was hoping the premixes would be longer! Thanks Belinda

The Cardio Only premix is 19 minutes long. And Bootcamp isn't 78 minutes long. Are you talking about Bootcamp, or the Bodymax 2 Bootcamp premix, which is 78 minutes long.
