After trying to come up with a circuit workout that would keep my heart challenged with out making my foot scream, I remembered the BC/ME Bonus Workout.

With using spinning for the BC cardio segments, it seemed to fit my needs. I don't have a HRM other than on my bike. But following up the BC cardio with the BC Lower Body AND ME Lower Body each cycle gave me the perceived feeling of a cardio session. If anyone has done this with a HRM I'd like to know if your HR stays elevated throught out the LB segments.
