Boot Camp DOMS!

:eek:Holy weights, Batman, can adding just 5lbs hurt so much more? Oh my gosh, just getting back into the weights hard-core again after a slight hiatis. Oh my gosh, the rest had helped my muscles to recover so I felt I needed to add on an extra 5lbs to the barbell... that's it, just 5 not 50!! :eek: The DOMS are pretty darned surprising!! The good news is that my upper body muscles hurt equally so I guess my form was correct!! :D:p

So, off to a nice long bath to help my body recover!
