boot camp and muscle endurance bonus premix

I am looking to find out where I can find the order for this premix so that when I am tired in the morning and I accidently press the wrong button on my dvd I can get back to where I was and finish the program even if I have to do it manually or re program the selections myself. thank you,

Hi Christine,

Thank you very much for the information, it is very much appreciated. I was able to go to the thread and print out the sequence for the premix. Next time, I don't have to worry about it. Again thank you.

No worries - I did this this morning and wow is it a good one - I keep forgetting! It's going into my regular rotations.

And yes, the only thing that's a pain is that you cannot skip to segments or skip back with out literally rewinding. But it's such a great workout.
