I would love to see something like that!!! Like, something similar to the circuit part of BMax, with the cardio for 1 min and then the intensity blast for 1 min of and then legs for 1 min and just add on upper body and core for 1 min each. Making it in 5-6 circuits for 30-40 min. Heck, I'd even love a 20min step or kickbox segment in the beginning like BMax too:7 !!
I've really gotten into your circuit style workouts here lately and wouldn't mind seeing another Step, Jump, and Pump. I like the longer cardio with the weights too .
If you're looking for a series again, I love the CTX series. The mixture of cardio styles and the shorter workouts are perfect on time crunched days!
