Several different body weight exercises that we could mix to make our own workout. Everyday we could mix a different workout. We could make a ladder workout, tabatas, intervals, throw some cardio in the mix, twelve rep of everything workout, even make our own strength workout. When the Workout Blender is up and running, this would be a gem, IMHO. Minimum amount of equipment. Love to work body weight only.
